Grown as a mixed variety on the single estate named Finca Los Papales, this coffee consistently delivers an excellent cup year after year. It shines particularly well with a darker roast profile, where its sweetness deepens exceptionally. You'll find notes of toasted marshmallow and a hint of peppery spice, complemented by a mellow smokiness reminiscent of a fine bourbon.
