★ Our story

Born from a need.

Capito Coffee was born out of a real need for coffee that's high quality and still affordable.

Before Capito, we served customers as baristas under the name Black Tie Espresso, catering some of the finest events, movie sets and trade shows. That's where we built our talent, and our taste for the perfect cup.

After years in business, the cost of importing great Italian-style roasts pushed us to start roasting our own coffee in house. In 2014 we became Capito Coffee, starting with our signature Espresso Blend and adding carefully crafted roasts along the way.

Today, Master Roaster and Barista Frank Martino and the Capito team are here to share everything we know about coffee, from personally crafted roasts to brew methods and service.
