Brazil‘s coffee production represents about one-third of the entire
coffee production, making it the biggest producer worldwide. The most
common processing method in Brazil, used for about 90% of the Arabicas
produced, is the dry process.
Sul de Minas is a mountainous region in the south of Minas Gerais, where
the Fazenda Monte Verde is located. The farm has a total size of 575
ha of which 180 ha are designated for coffee cultivation. Today, it has
36 employees and supports more than 20 families in the region. They
produce high-quality coffees for which they already won many awards,
such as the Cup of Excellence in 2012, 2016, and 2018.
This natural Arabica comes with notes of peanut butter and
honey. It is overall balanced, sweet, and has a smooth mouthfeel.
